Work Engagement letters are used to specify work to be performed and fee estimate.  Client signs off on work engagement letter before work is started.  Initial consultation is free.  Evening hour appointments are available, as are pickup/drop-off services.

 * Income tax planning, preparation, and dispute representation.


Financial Statement Reporting Services 
 
* Compilations - Useful to small businesses which require help in preparing financial statements for their own use.  CPA expresses no opinion of assurance on these financial statements.  Reporting service uses Quickbooks Premier Accountant Edition 2010 as the write-up and reporting software application.  Client's Quickbook "Accountants Copy" file is used as basis for reporting period/s when available. 
 
* Reviews  - Useful to absentee business owners or businesses that are required to report their financial statements to a third party (creditor, regulatory agency, etc) as having only limited assurance of fairly presenting its financial position and results of operation in accordance with accounting principles.  The "not aware of any deficiencies" type of opinion is expressed by CPA after satisfaction with results from limited review of financial records.

 * Audits - Useful to businesses required to report their financial statements to outside parties as having reasonable assurance that they fairly present its financial position and results of operations in accordance with accounting principles.  An "unqualified" highest level opinion is expressed by CPA after satisfaction with results from extensive examination of financial transactions.
